I've been studiously sketching anything but people lately, as the idea of getting the anatomy and proportions right is a bit too terrifying. But I do love a good mermaid picture, so I thought, let's start there. Here are my first sketches of anything resembling a human.
(I'm not sure what kind of freak would be titillated by sketches of mermaid boobies, but you never know).
